All jewellery in our current collection uses brass as its base metal. Check each product description for its specific finish and stone details. An antique gold finish describes the appearance; it does not mean solid gold.
Our adjustable rings are designed to fit most finger sizes, but not every finger. Adjust gently without forcing the band. If you need a particular fit or face measurement, email us before ordering.
As general care guidance, keep your jewellery dry and away from perfume, lotions and household chemicals. Remove it before bathing, swimming or exercising. After wearing, wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and store each piece separately in a dry pouch.
We currently ship within India only. Free shipping is available on eligible orders. Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.
Orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery usually takes approximately 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Sundays, public holidays and busy periods may add processing time. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
After dispatch, available tracking details are sent to the contact details provided with your order. If you need help, email support@binajewels.com with your order number.
Our policy provides exchanges or replacements for approved damaged, defective or incorrect items, and genuine size issues where a selectable size is available. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Change-of-mind returns and refunds are not offered under this policy. Approval and replacements are subject to verification and availability.
Email support@binajewels.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Keep the original packaging; an unboxing video, if available, may help. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back.
